Liquidation Page

On the liquidation page, a list of loans subject to liquidation is provided at the top, and UI elements for liquidation details are at the bottom.

In the list of loans subject to liquidation, non-performing loans that exceed 100% of the borrowing limit are provided as items. The account, borrowed amount, and utilization of the borrowing limit is provided.

If a loan subject to liquidation is selected, the details will be provided once again at the bottom. This is a convenient function to eliminate the inconvenience of having to scroll up and down to see the information of the selected item again.

The following details are provided when you select a loan that is subject to liquidation.

  • Loan assets to be liquidated, collateral assets to be foreclosed

    • Since collateral for deposits and loans can be made for multiple assets, the loan assets to be liquidated and the collateral assets to be foreclosed must be selected in case insolvency occurs.

  • Loan amount, collateral amount

    • The amount for the selected asset is provided.

  • Maximum amount that can be liquidated

    • The maximum amount that can be liquidated is calculated using the amount of loan, collateral, and liquidation ratio. Liquidation is possible within this amount.

  • Wallet Balance

    • You must have loan assets in order to pay it off. Provides the user’s wallet balance for the loan asset.

  • Liquidate, Foreclosed, Price

    • Inputting the amount of liquidation shows the amount foreclosed and its price, which applies the cost of the loan and collateral asset and liquidation incentives.

    • Users can foreclose the collateral at a discounted price that applies liquidation incentives.
